Private by default
Feedback goes to our team and is not automatically published. You can optionally give us permission to publish your comments and first name after we verify the experience. We do not publish your email address or telephone number. We seek separate permission to use a company name or logo.
How we handle reviews
We check any review we choose to publish against a genuine interaction or booking. We do not invent testimonials, buy positive reviews, or offer incentives conditional on a positive rating. We do not present selected testimonials as a complete or representative set of all feedback, and we do not display a misleading aggregate score.
We may remove personal, confidential, abusive or unrelated material. We will not change the meaning of a customer's comments. If editing is needed beyond an obvious typo, we ask for approval before publication.
Corrections and removal
To question a review or withdraw permission for an identifiable testimonial, email quotes@swiftcentrallogistics.com with the relevant details. We will investigate and correct or remove it as appropriate. For a delivery issue, please use our complaints process so we can act on it promptly.
